FirstOntario is excited to launch a new Member Satisfaction Survey that will give you, our Members, the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas with us. It will provide valuable insight as to the way we deliver a quality Member experience, the products and services we offer and our overall performance as a credit union that is dedicated to our communities.

This innovative new tool will be able to guide us as we continue our success and grow as a credit union.

The survey consists of five questions and only takes a few minutes to complete. Your personal information is not required.

The Member Satisfaction Survey will provide us with feedback on the levels of service and experiences that you encounter as a Member of FirstOntario Credit Union. This survey gives you a platform to ensure that your voice is heard and allows for the opportunity to share your thoughts on what we are doing well and how we can continue to improve and grow.

Yes. No personal information will be asked or required. However, Members have the option to leave contact information should they choose to discuss anything further.

What will you do with the data that is collected? Expand/Collapse

The valuable information you provide will help us to get a deeper understanding of your experiences at FirstOntario. It will help us to address any areas of concern and analyze any recognizable trends. Your feedback will help us to determine what products and services are important to you and what we need to consider in the future.

How can I participate in the survey? Expand/Collapse

For the first phase, you can complete a survey through our website by clicking here. We are currently planning in-branch opportunities for Phase 2 that will be available at a later date.

How long does the survey take to complete? Expand/Collapse

Estimated time is two minutes, depending on any (optional) comments that are provided.

I don’t have a computer, does this mean I cannot participate? Expand/Collapse

At this time we are working on getting access for Members who do not have a computer to complete the survey. This is still in development.
