We’ve made a simple but handy change to our telephone banking system. Now instead of having to enter the full 19 digits from your debit card, Members only need to input the last 13 digits after 581828 to enter into telephone banking.
Call 1-888-520-2301, enter the last 13 digits of your debit card number and Telephone Access Code and you are ready to manage your personal finances over the phone.

Press 1 – To pay a bill
Choose from the following options; select if this is immediately bill payment, set up a scheduled future dated bill payment or set up a recurring bill payment with start and end date.
Press 2 – List of scheduled bill payments
Press 3 – Remove scheduled bill payments
Press 4 – Add new bill payment account
Press 5 – Remove a bill payment account
