Message from Kelly McGiffin

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Membership for their patience and understanding during our system upgrade and our transition process. It has only been five months since implementation and we are still in the early days of replacing years of experience on our old systems. As we continue to work through the transition process we are focused on resolving remaining technical issues and fine tuning our processes. Although it is normal to expect a transition period of up to a year of change following such a significant technology conversion, we know the transition hasn’t been without challenge for some of our Members. We truly appreciate your ongoing support of FirstOntario Credit Union.

Thanks to all Members who have shared their compliments and concerns along this journey. We have confidence in our new system and know that it will enable us to provide our Members with innovative products and services while positioning our credit union for future growth.
