Issue with Receiving e-Transfers on Mobile Phones

An issue has been identified with the receipt of e-Transfers and it is impacting any Members who use Chrome as their mobile browser.
When these customers are trying to pick up the e-Transfer and select “Launch App” from their mobile browser, if they use the newest version of Chrome, the “Launch App” button will not work. As a workaround the customer can use a different browser on their mobile device, switch to desktop, or select to ‘Receive transfer using ‘Mobile Website’ (only if your institution offers Mobile Web).

The issue is expected to be resolved by Wednesday October 26th, 2016.
