Internet and Telephone Banking Improvements

At FirstOntario Credit Union we continue to invest in technology and services that will benefit Members. On January 13, 2008 improvements to Internet, Telephone and Branch Bill Pay processes now mean that any account transactions will be updated in your account and passbook immediately. This includes all transfer transactions and bill payment transactions.

 

What You Will See With Improvements

•  Transfer and Bill Payment transactions are now posted to your account immediately and will be reflected in your Account history and Balances.

•  The Available balance now includes available funds on your LOC/MeritLine.

•  New Bill Pay Vendors can now be set up without needing to make an initial bill payment.
