Your Board of Directors are 12 democratically elected individuals who work closely with FirstOntario's leadership team to help ensure we stay on a course for continued success. Being a Director of the Board is a very rewarding experience. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort our Directors dedicate to planning our future and ensuring that our Members' best interests are a part of everything we do.

 

Board of Directors Election

Are you interested in making a personal difference at FirstOntario? Then why not consider running for election to our Board of Directors?

 

The nomination period for this year begins at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, July 5 until 5 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2010. You can pick up a nomination package at any FirstOntario branch or you can click here to download and print your own copy.

 

Your nomination forms and all required attachments can be delivered in person at any FirstOntario branch, or sent by mail or courier to:

In the event of an interruption of mail service, nominations must be submitted by personal delivery only.

 

Once we have the nominees for our Board of Directors, our annual Vote by Mail campaign gives you the opportunity to choose the candidates you feel will best fill these important roles. Voting packages will arrive with your FirstOntario banking statement in October. If you don't normally receive a statement, don't worry, we'll be mailing a voting package to you as well. Just mail in your Member ID form and your completed ballot by November 12, 2010 and you could win a $500 investment with FirstOntario. Election winners will be announced at our Annual General Meeting.
